Glazing in Alice Springs, questions people ask
Who does glazing in Alice Springs?
Glazing on the Hub is spoken for by Central Glazing, a local business about to be listed. Its page is not live yet. Once it is, its phone number and email will be on it and you deal with them direct.
Why can glass take a while to arrive in Alice Springs?
Glass is fragile and has to be freighted a long way to get here, so lead times and breakage in transit are real risks. Ask up front what sizes are held in stock and how long anything else takes.
What happens if a shopfront or window is broken after hours?
Emergency reglazing is part of the trade here, because a broken shopfront cannot wait for the next freight run. Ask a glazier how fast they can secure the opening and when the glass itself can be replaced.
How does a glazing business get listed on the Hub?
This trade is spoken for, so it is not open for a new listing. If you run a business in another trade, the List your business form is free, and every listing is reviewed with its owner's consent before it goes live.
